Global ChefS participants prepare the meals served before the weekly Windows on the West film presentations. Dinner is served to Global Chefs participants and the first 45 people who arrive to attend the film.

The dinner and movie are FREE. In the past we have prepared cuisines from 14 different countries with the help of chefs across 16 different languages.

This is a private CCIS and Bechtel International Center event open to all Stanford international students, post docs, visiting scholars, and their spouses and partners; and members of the CCIS and Bechtel International Center Community.

Global Chefs is a joint program of The Community Committee for International Students and The Bechtel International Center. Special thanks for the support provided by the Billie Achilles Fund.

For Internationals and CCIS Volunteers

Come and join the team of internationals and local CCIS members as we prepare a delicious meal together. Enjoy the fun as team members share recipes and cooking techniques, make new friends, and chat about food and family in a lively and engaging setting.

Parents: It's okay for the chefs to bring in their kids - as long as the children are closely monitored around tools and heating appliances.
